Just making a sandwich and made me wonder how do you cut yours? for some reason they always taste better in triangles, lol i luv cheese what bout every1 else??
I dont care hows it`s cut as long as it tastes good to me.

Crusts are optional & depend on the bread.

Had a cracking sandwich the other lunchtime
Two roughly hewn slices of homemade brown bread (fresh that morning)
Smear of anchor spreadable
One small chopped onion
Big wedges of mature cheddar
No poncy slicing afterwards, just eat and enjoy.
Mmmm cheese and onion on brown. That’d go great with a pint of scrumpy!
Corned Beef and Pickle for me, but if I’m in a poncey mood, it’s Buffalo Mozzarella, Basil and Tomato on Ciabatta
I think it’s pretty hard to beat the old favourites (which, I suppose, is why they’re old favourites). I’m going through an egg mayo and cress phase (brown bread, obviously).
for the youngest lad I cut his bread in all sorts of hand sized bites…but for me, has to be at cut across the centre…at an angle of about 20 degrees to the center line…
wensleydale, saladcream, lettuce tomato and onion…or as previously mentioned corned beef with pickle yummy…making me want one now
