WP that man!

As this event is being discussed in another thread, I want to ask a couple of general questions of everyone:

a/ How much reserve do you have and how far do you think it will get you?

b/ What do you do when the reserve light comes on? Look for a petrol station NOW? Or take it easy thinking you’ll get to one you know of soon enough?

For me, it’s 3 litres, about 20 miles and yeah, I want petrol now!

CBF500 19L tank (accurate), 4L reserve, with careful riding it will do 50-55 miles. Tank range is around 250 miles. The ride out the other Tuesday did 230 miles on 17L.

When the Reserve light comes on I usually fill up, bit worried at the moment as I have over 200 miles done and no reserve light. Either I overly worried or the light has blown!

No longer journeys I have a little 2L jerry can.
