They were apparently trying to tranquilize this female Bengal Tiger in Assam…the Mahout lost 3 fingers of his left hand and was knocked to the ground along with the person behind him…the only reason they survived was cuz the elephant they were riding charged the cat (which they are trained to do)…kudos to the dude holding the camera who kept filming!
