It’s a little way off though I was thinking today and talking to a fellow Lb’er about arranging a day at Thorpe Park so giving everyone a little bit of notice I reckon it’ll be a fun day out.
Trains go from Waterloo - Staines (1hr journey) then a shuttle bus to thorpe park every 15 mins. (currently you can get a train ticket for £11 return)
Look out for BOGOF offers so you can get in half price

This could be a goer. I may Volvo it…any potential passengers must not eat or drink in the Volvo. And if you go on a wet ride and are drenched at the end of the day you are walking home.

I went on the SAW ride last time I was there and I nearly died. Plus have you seen the YouTube vids of it getting stuck on that big drop? People were left just dangling there for 20 mins…!

I haven’t been on a rollercoaster for ages, I would go as it’s quite close to me. I just don’t know what my plans are going to look like for July
Same here… I’m just saying I agree for now but I am notoriously last minute… 
I don’t mind the feeling of rollercoasters, it’s the threat that I may be up there dangling!
I would have been in the camp of observers, bag look afterers and photo takers, but I’m working on the 21st anyway…

The Dragon ride at Lego is the fastest I like to go when I havn’t got hands on my bikes handlebars
