This is Mablethorpe sand racing

I’m thinking more than one or two on here might be up for some of this. Roll up, hand over your £35 and you’re ready to rumble. Five races per competitor if your bike can take it!

Next meet 13th November 2016 sign on 8 am other upcoming dates are here http://xtreme-action-images.com/sandrace/dates.html

If I were half my age enjoy/discuss

Happy Days

If someone does enter you’ll need one of these fitted “Lanyard type cutout compatible to machine MUST be fitted before entry, kill switch is not accepted.”

A £3.50 eBay flutter will have you sorted http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Lanyard-Engine-Cut-Off-Kill-Switch-Tether-Motorcycle-Trial-Dirt-Quad-Bike-Safety-/152222620136?hash=item23712cd9e8:g:NhwAAOSwMgdXxAjD

Hmm maybe, that’s remembrance sunday though

Well spotted Boris, poor planning by The Mablethorpe Motorcycle Sand Racing Club. No doubt Mr J will be posting something soon, note to Mrs J - We’re probably due to honour the Army this year.

There are other meets planned throughout the winter, all Sundays;

27th November 2016

No December meets due to adverse tides

1st, 15th and 29th January 2017

12th and 26th February 2017

12th and 26th March 2017

Wasn’t really suggesting any of these dates, just putting it out there. Navig looks interested since he went to the trouble of reading the rules. If anyone does consider an entry we’ll be there as pit crew or, if anyone fancies spectating…

I’ll try and make at least one day, lb team anyone?

I reckon we should pencil in a March date for some LBrs to get up there, and support any who fancy it. The BCR motocross bikes would be well suited?

Sounds like a good day out!

That sounds like a fantastic way to ruin the tiger

This is a fit burial ground for many a bike. If I had the mechanical skills to bring one to life just to race it here, I would

The bikes would be wrecked on the ride up there way be before you could even smell the ocean :joy:

Someone got a van? You could 3 or 4 them in a transit, couple on the roof…

This should be turned into a movie documentary! That you tube is a good trailer! Epic.

Only got Supermoto stuff for bike plus it would get dirty😂

The bikes come out remarkable clean after a hosing down. Dirt would be the least of your worries after a wet salty sandblasting.

Very true. Looks fun tho

Everyone left the track with a smile on their face, including the guy who high sided it of a rut on the bend.

The WR’s working again, who’s up for dragging me and it up there to watch me repeatedly fall over?

May I respectfully suggest you go take a real life gander first hand to see exactly what you’re getting into
