she kills someone while drunk and on the phone and gets this !
makes me sick , it a insult to the family of the victim . the law in this contry sucks

6 years in prison is a long time, especially when she has to live with knowing what shes done for the rest of her life. Thats probably not enough for the victims family, but its a harsh sentance for someone who is clearly very sorry.
It bares no ressemblence to the cyclist case, IMO. That was a disgrace.

it sounds very odd to me, first the girl in the mini crashes, why, then taylor hits her car…why…she was drunk and should not have been driving for sure, but am confused by the sentencing 6 years and 4 months…is society really a better place now, what will jail do to miss taylor…sorry dont agree that jail was the right place. dont agree with an eye for an eye or jail for every crime…and accidents no matter how bad are not reason to put people in jail, drunk, stupid or not…there have to be better methods of helping society than ruining yet another persons life…and the cyclist incident, well another law to reduce our liberty because of one aparent fool, I dont think so, we have enough laws as it is…

What I don’t get is she got a 6 year jail sentence and a five year ban. Unless the ban starts after she is released it is pointless.
The judges words I found were a little heartless, “snuffed out” is not what I would expect to hear.
