Saw this on Insta and thought it was a joke. Quick Google for Altor and it’s actually serious, who the hell is this aimed at? Guess you’re unlikely to ride off with it still attached as you would trip over it first
Seems impractical for a motorcycle. Could put it round the wheel spokes but that wouldn’t stop the bike getting lifted. In the video it would be faster to cut the rail.
A petrol Stihl could probably take it out. Noise isn’t really a problem unless it’s late at night because people rarely approach the criminal element.

That’s the problem, there is no way that will pass through your bike and a ground anchor and even if you managed to get it around the bike and railing it would be so easy to cut the rail.
This is what’s happening to high end bike locks locked to Sheffield bicycle stands - it’s quick to cut the stand.
Tie your dog to the bike instead
