WOW! When you consider that the other leading countries at the top of the medal board all have massive populations, GB as a small island is doing exceptionally well.

I think he was alluding to the fact that the USA have changed how its counted to total medals rather than Golds. Which the rest of the world and the IOC does (and the US did up until this olympics)

So whats happening regarding the 2 underage chinese gymnasts? they were apparently going to be stripped of their medals for being 14 rather than 16…

Isn’t that diver 14?
Apparently gymnasts have to be 16 or over the rules were changed in 1997 something to do with damage to their fragile bodys whilst still growing!:w00t:
