Was in Muswell Hill yesterday and had to go to Croydon - I faced either a 27 mile ride through London at rush hour or go the long way round on North Circular.Decided to do North circular but even that was rammo with a camera every half mile it seemed.
Continued going North until I hit the M25 - then had to decide if to go East or West.
Decided to go West to prolong the enjoyment:D - ended up doing 100mile detour but got to Croydon at the same time It would have taken me to go through London.
Visibility was brilliant, the sun was out, what a ride! Came back with cheeck ache from grinning too much:P
Still doesnt beat the time i went out for a short ride and ended up at a mates in Nottingham!
