Please tell me you did the Kirkstone Pass as well while you were up there !!!
Honister and Kirkstone are brilliant roads…we did a few days camping around there in the (British) summer earlier this year…

Pretty scary going down with all the water…but a blast going back up.
Aye lovely roads. Great fun on a Pan.
Been over all the passes many times including wrynose and hardnot but unfortunately only by car but still really exhilerating on the steep bendy bits… fantastic area

Been up there a few times, very nice, slate mine at the top is worth visiting.My favourite pass in the UK has got to be Applecross up in the Western Highlands…
