Anyone else watching this programme?
It really is quite exceptional. Been an age since I read any Shakespeare but watching this has given me the bug once more.
If you not watched it, I urge you to do so, Richard II would be my recommendation to begin with, the actor playing Richard is excellent in the role, the production values are high.
The language is difficult, but worth following and making the effort for. Don’t call Shakespeare wordsmith for nothing.
