ref an insurance claim from some posters - followed advice and my insurer backed me - and we settled on a 50:50 pretty, much as expected.
Picked up my bike today - been five long weeks using the bus.
Took it very slowly coming home - don’t think I’ll be ovetaking too much in the coming weeks!

How is this your insurers backing you unless it was your fault? To my mind 50:50 is when its your fault and you’ve blagged the other guy into a result.
