I’m 6’5" and I’m riding a ZX6R A1P model which I think is fine. I ride mainly up the motorway and then through London. It’s a 70 mile round trip and don’t have any comfort issues.

the V-tec vfr is a bit snatchy mate , chassis etc is a definate step foreward from the earlier bike but id rather have the earlier engine aswell

The ‘can’t cook’ bit is fine as most bikers know how to dial for a takeaway!
Oh and to answer Stan’s original question, I’m 6’ 2" and 11 stone, I have an older gixxer ('99 plate 750) and I find it’s just great, gets uncomfortable after about an hour and a half and that’s usually cos my butt has gone to sleep, although that’s probably more to do with not having much padding on it!
One thing I will add is unless you have lots of experience of riding different types of bikes then be prepared for the fact that you might sit on something you like and find it a bit weird. I found this with my gixxer as it was the 1st sports bike i’d ridden, once I’d had it a while it was better and now I absolutely love it, fits me perfectly!
