Has anyone else noticed that the system tme on the forum is like an hour behind I’m currently posting at 15:30 GMT, but if I’m correct the forum will show as 14:30 GMT

ooops, was not sure so i thought I would post this ah well never mind…
I dont know if this fixes it but I went into Control Panel > Options > Forum Settings and then set the time to Daylight Saving.
i posted this at 19.46 real time
yeah chunky is correct, you need to set your timzone manually in your profile, it does not automatically correct for BST/GMT (i think)
