Y to the O!!!
I’ve an '02 KTM250EXCF I’ve had it for a couple of years now and as much as I love riding it off road it barely gets any use coz I don’t have a van anymore!
I want to stick some road wheels on it coz I think it would be hillarious on the road but I don’t have a clue what hubs and rims to go for??? Don’t even know what my options are? Also does anyone have any idea what gearing I should run or will it just be a case of trial and error?
All depends on how much you plan on spending bud. If you get them second hand from someone who had them fitted to a KTM they will more than likey have the rite size hubs for your bike, if you get them brand new then the company you get them from will know what size your axles/spindles are and what size spacers you need. Im know expert though, mine already had the supermoto wheels on when i got it.
Oh yeah and the gearing all depends on your personal preference, wether you want speed or exceleration

Gearing wise, I just don’t want the thing revving it’s tits off on the road! I don’t even know what speed to expect out of it? It is only a 2-fiddy at the end of the day!
The guys on ktmforum should be able to point you in the right direction.
