A gorgeous Sunday afternoon on 27th August '17, I took a buzz up to the Super Sausage Cafe, www.supersausagecafe.co.uk . I went for their special of the day, crispy chicken breast burger, with bacon, cheese and lettuce, served with chips and mayo for £7.50. It was served hot, and was massive. As usual, as the staff were very polite, and come around during your meal to ask if it’s ok. This place get 5 stars from me, again. Check this out:
We discovered The Super Sausage a few years back when Jacks Hill Cafe on the other side of Towcester was closed. Five Stars from me too for what it is and what it is is a bench mark for the likes of The Ace, H Cafe, Loomies, Wessons, Empire Diner etc to aspire to!
I’ve worked my way through most of their menu now and its all good, promptly served even when they’re busy and its all pipping hot too. Never heard a bad word about this place. My favourite on their menu is the 12" Cumberland sausage roll with lashing of fried onions, well its not called The Super Sausage for nothing 
Its a must go cafe for anyone who hasn’t been.
Yep I’ve never been disappointed. Once when I was riding with mates I had to take a detour and agreed to meet them there. One of them had a brake problem so none of them turned up. The girl behind the counter took pity on this Billy-no-mates and gave me a free cup of tea 
I was introduced to super sausage thanks to a ride out by Jax last year. Truly good food, decent price and friendly service.
Hope to get there again soon, say when my wrists are better?
We popped there last Sunday it was jammed the queue was twirling around the car park so we just got a drink from the outside van.
I think Im still band from there after the Joe Whilley moment last year or the year before, Mrs Rosso wasnt amused…

Yup. Steak knife was provided, which meant I could eat and not get my mobile greasy.
Their logo is a bit strange. Can’t say I’d be smiling if I was a pig and en route to their café even if I’d somehow evolved far enough to ride my own motorcycle. I think I’d probably be riding away as fast as possible.
It’s the biker cafe at the end of the universe.
Never been but looks like I may have to. May do On Yer Bike and meander from there.

The grub looks nice but I’m not keen on those shiny buns that are cropping up all over the place now…and why can’t they just bung the chips on the plate ?
Might give it a try Saturday morning.
Its what’s between the two bun halves that counts. The chips do come on a plate except, as above, when they’re ordered and served as a side dish.
