Continuing with the recent theme of Dragons, Crocodiles, we now have a Lobster!!
Depart the Ace 9.30am prompt.
Box Hill 10.30am prompt.
No nobbers, no perverts, sorry no 125s
Usual caveats apply, ride at your own risk, arrive with a full tank & empty bladder, vegetarians welcome. Cornerman system will be in use. Bring speedos if you wish to dip.
(NB: A future return visit to the Drinking Elephant of Etretat is in the pipeline, but not this weekend chaps/chapesses, just thought we’d mention it here first. That will probably be a Saturday rideout so as not to compromise our normal Sunday service)
My speedos are still dry after the disappointing weather at the weekend. Perhaps I should pack my steel toe-capped flip flops in case any crustaceans fancy a nibble. Will try to come with you (please aim for somewhere without the slime I trudged through at W-S-M).
I’m hoping to get a quick dip while it is still sunny before donning the waterproofs for the ride home. It’s nice to go in the sea. It makes the weekend feel more like a holiday.
I cant believe ive been saying for a couple of weeks i wanted to do a jets ride this weekend, promptly forgot and now working!! tryimg to get out of it but not looking promising! so annoyed with myself!!!
This is why I don’t rely solely on budgie smugglers. I use them just to hold things in place then wear an additional modesty pair of a larger style over the top. Don’t worry, I’m not exposing my plums on the South Coast. But other Plums are welcome.
I will be riding back from Scotland on Sunday, but fancy doing one the following weekend if you are offering the usual gravel, floods, fords, roast lunches and attractive, lovely company
I plan to join you at Box. I may need to be at Redhill Aerodrome at noon, but that is looking less likely by the minute. If I still need to be there I will need to peel off somewhen.
