Hey Chipmonk, I dunno where you live but I’ll be heading out to Box Hill via the A21 (Lewisham/Catford), A205 to Clapham and then A24 out to Leatherhead and onto Box, is anywhere along that route convenient for you to meet us?
Don’t know what time yet as I’m waiting for John (Choprocker) to get his lazy a$$ outta bed and check this thread!!

Myself and Kev will be at Box about 11:30, we’re then going on to Bury Hill down near Pulborough, feel free to join us, I’ll be on a yellow CBR600F with London bikers on the screen and Kev will be on his black GSXR1000 with LB stickers near his rear footpegs, come say hello!!!

Don’t let the bike fool you mate, I’m still happy to go sensible, I adjust my riding to the people I ride with, let me know if you fancy a bimble down to Box…? 
I don’t want to hold you up or anything. I’m fairly new (only been riding the XT660 a couple of months), and the bike isn’t the fastest compared to the sportsbikes.
But I would be up for it if you don’t mind. What time are you leaving? And where would be good to meet up?

Ah ah!! Yes that was me!! I didn’t see anyone I recognised from London bikers, but did see a few of the old faithful Boxhill forum lot!! Mind you I was v tired, as I got up at 5 am because the cat was howling loudly outside the door, so I was a bit spaced out:P
I will say hello next time, or do say hello to me. Just come up and make yourself known:)
I was persuaded into riding with the Supermoto / off road lot today, for some crazy reason I thought the Hornet would cut the mustard !! There was only 4 of them, but I am still recovering from the ordeal - I know my limits now - and I got lost too!!:rolleyes:

Trundled up to High Beach for a cuppa and bumped into Ratty, GraycF, Suzuki Angel, and Ian xv
‘Dial a rideout’ eventually arrived and had a guided tour of the lanes from AndyP and Snappy Followed by a snackette at Finchinfield whilst watching the Duck vs Labrador bout :ermm:
Chilling now with a pint with the bikes on
