Is there any scope for this? Perhaps having our own seciton of a floating bar on the Thames.
Going down the tickets route is probably too complicated so just turn up and eat + drink. Any thoughts?

They have 3 decks, the 3rd inside at the bottom has a dance floor and DJ box, I could ask and may be able to get it for “free” to hire…
Let me know firstly if the venue is suitable then let me know some dates and I will ask…
Sounds ideal to me. I could probably walk home from there. Dates wise I’m thinking September as there may be some sun by then and everyone should be back from their holidays.
If you’re organising a summer party in this weather, a boat mught be a good idea 
I was there on Friday. It’s good. Upper deck is really nice and gets a little bit dark and dingy downstairs but a good venue for private hire. I know someone had hired the back end of it when we were there but not sure that section would be big enough for an LB gathering.
