Suggestions for 125 Ride out south westish?

Hello!

Going to go on a little ride out either Sunday or Monday, I’m in Streatham and looking to go south west ish, down the A3 maybe?

Any suggestions for fun roads and nice eats?

A3 is boring just like the A303, PJ has a good route down to Brighton that he normally does the Fish & Chip friday night runs - PM him, also good for routes are Mark/Ang or Jetstream (although theres tend to always involve a ford) :Whistling:

We need TheOC to organise another run, the first one I went on with the LBers was his and it was brilliant, I really enjoyed it
125 and L plate friendly with lots of interesting routes and carvery afterwards.

or Art which occasionally involves a mahoosive cheeseburger

The A3 goes to Portsmouth home of Mick’s Burger Bar but you don’t want to go that way, peel off he A3 at Milford for a loop of the A285 and A286 that includes some very nice twists n turns. If you don’t fancy the treck over from Chichester to Portsmouth or, the mahoosive burger, peel off the A285 at Boxgrove and grab lunch at The Goodwood Aero Club Cafe (open to all) picking up the A286 for the return loop at Lavant.

Ride safe and enjoy your day

Whoops forgot the link ~ clickety click and here it is

Or water! It doesn’t look like there’s much organised for Mayday (besides Hastings which will be punishing on a small bike) which is a shame since the weathers going to be so nice.

You can always come and chase Slug & I!

Yeah, we could avoid the M1 if that helps

Oh brilliant thanks for this!

PM’d you =)

+1

I can understand your disappointment Slan. For your water fix here’s a route to the start point at Milford that peels off the A3 a little earlier, just after the BP Ripley (Little Chief) Services. As far as fords go its proper pathetic and could probably be plugged with nail glue. At its best its a few inches of wetter,at its worst its barely moist. For its novility value its a must do easy peasy ford bang in the middle of an housing estate :w00t:
