Jaguar Skills HooOOO  Just finished lsitening to the whole 1 hour, was wicked, so many tunes I’d forgotten about!

BIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIG!!!

Skibba on the MIC…oh my days i just went back in time!:w00t:

JUUUUUUUUUUNNNGGGGGLLLIST ARE YOU REEEEEEEAAAAAAAAADY!!

nice collection of tunes! into the new school liquid (hospital records) stuff big time at the moment. will gladly post up some examples of the latest offerings from netsky, camo & krooked etc

New school liquid? What the f*cks that!? I’m now officially old, back in the day etc, old skool etc, gibber, dribble. . .

I have to admit to having only listened to about 20 mins of the show, this is mainly because it began to annoy me that he wasn’t actually playing any tunes, he was just mixing from one to another after about 30 secs, which I found a little irritating because I was looking forward to listening to a tune which I had not heard for years, and before I even got into it, he was mixing it out to another tune.

Was it an entire hour like that or was this just a long intro and after that he actually started playing a few records?

Yeah, the hour was like that but that was the whole point of it, 20 years of DnB in 60mins, I would have loved to have heard the tracks in full too but I’ve got most of them somewhere anyways, the radio show would have been hours long if they’d played them all!! :stuck_out_tongue:

I think he should have played key tracks then occasionally, you know, like mix from one to another for 10 tunes then play one really memorable or influential track near complete.

That would have made it much better I think as it is I found it a bit difficult to listen to.

Most of those records I have only ever had on Vinyl, and I don’t own any Vinyl any more :frowning:

I am a newb but if anyone else is as newbish as me…

If you put “London Elektricity” into the search of Youtube, you can pull up the London Elektricity Mix, 40 DnB tunes…most of which you will recognise if you knew any of the tunes that Jaguar played…obviously not all the same old school stuff, but some cracking tunes.

London Elektricity is an amazing producer and DJ, owns the label hospital records that i mentioned earlier. there’s a podcast out every couple of weeks of the latest and greatest etc, well worth a try if you’re into d&b!

I hear what you are saying but this was just part of a radio 1’s 12 hours of dnb so I am sure loads of the tunes were played in full

Aaaabsolutely Rollllin’ :w00t:
