jokers. u should ask them why there seems to be no reaction to this sort of crime when other parts of the country have motor vehicle theft units that target known offenders, i mean how many clapped out transits driving round a night can be on genuine business??? they should have traffic units out at night looking for such vans
what about forensics have they been round and taken prints ??
