My GSXR was stolen at 5.30 this morning (Sun 13th Aug). My bike was ground ancourd, alarmed/immobilised, disc locked, and chaind up, the theives (5 - 7 of them) were disturbed, dropped the bike on my misses car (braking the headlight, grill and bumper) and still lobbed it in tha van and knicked it!
Gah, what crap luck Highside! Sounds like you had all the security you could have on there! I hope it turns up… What area are you in? Double crap to have the car damaged. Good luck with the insurance company tomorrow…
Yeh were abouts are you from? You know what? i wonder if these thieving assholes go down the ace and cubana, just looking to see what bikes they can nick, even follow us to our area then go looking around for our bike until they see it…all that security, but no mention of tracker? Guys…have a word with Charly, you need a tracker especially nowdays, and its happening every week!!! Look how many have had bikes nicked now??? Damn, these complete *******s…they could just walk down the ace etc and take a long look at our bikes and decide between them whos gonna nick it for all we know? We might think they are just admiring them…FFS !!!
Thanks for the comments so far guys. Other than cementing the bike to the floor, there was not much else i could do! Looks like a pro gang, if they want it they’ll take it.
The bike was in North London, Palmers Green / Winchmore Hill area.
