St George Rideout Saturday 23rd April

In case Amanda or Guys sister read this , can I make sure you still want to go pillion , will determine which bike I come on !

Ta

Hi JC. Yep, Mandy would still like to go pillion with you please. So now you should be able to decide which bike to go on!!

Cool , all I needed to know ! Will be the trumpet then !

Will you be at the Ace from the start or somewhere along the route ?

Sad not to be making this one over the Easter Weekend as a remembrance of Guy. It will be an amazing ride and am sure he would be very proud to see how many are going in his honour.

Since I won’t be using the bike that weekend (have to drive up out of London in the car to see mum) my bike can be available for any insured person who I have met and talked to who needs it for the ride.

If any of you lot are stuck for transport let me know and I can sort out the bike for that weekend. It’s a 675, 105 bhp Triumph.

That’s pretty generous of you Hels! I don’t think I’d quite do that if it were me though!

We will be joining you in Aylesbury. I just need to double-check with Flatout and Smiled about whether you can all swing round past my house to collect me, Mandy and Barry, because we’ve not really got any other way of getting to the Aylesbury meeting point.

In fact, as Flatout and Smiled will be reading this thread…would that be an option?? The three of us could be waiting on the drive so that we can literally jump on as you go past.

On the return journey the three of us will be going back to the Ace, because Kevsta has kindly offered to give us a lift back to Aylesbury in his car.

Well I leant my bike to Shiver and he couldn’t wreck it, so it must be indestructable (only joking Barry:D:D) I also have a mate of mine who’s a bit of a lunatic rider on the insurance and he hasn’t yet clobbered it, so am pretty confident any of the nice, sensible LBers I have met will take good care of the machine.

Am sure most folks have transport, but if anyone has bike issues and needs mine, them am happy to lend it for this ride (as long as it’s not returned with an empty tank;))

No longer going to be able to make this I’m afraid. Hope you all have a lovely ride

Do we have a count of how many are roughly planning to be on this ride?

Can’t wait… getting closer now

With regret i am having to step out of this one .

Ride safe all and most of all Ride well

Hi everyone, hope its not too late to join you guys on this ride. I haven’t been riding out on the country side much, but im looking forward to this one.

Cheers

No longer going to be able to make this either. Hope you have a lovely ride.

Dont know mate Unfortunatley know days people just tend to turn up without committing Im sure more names will appear in the next few weeks… the route is fantastic, if its warm and dry you will love it!

I’ll be there… early start from Brighton me thinks!

Nice one Hanna, if you do not, or anyone else does not want to head to the ace but doesn’t want to head up to the second meet point alone I will be waiting for the Group enroute at the shell petrol station oppisite the Deep Mill Diner on the A413… shortly after 9:30 am… will be putting up an info post closer to the day…
