On the A2, went through a speed camera at 78 (50 limit).
I did not see a flash go off - i could see the camera as I looked in my mirror waiting for it.
I should be ok?
Incidentally if it did get me, what am I looking at apart from a load of bricks?
I visited some friends in birmingham and I went past speed camera 56 on 30 but I did not see the flash and never got the ticket so if you are sure that it did not flash, you should be alright.
the A2, was it at the bexleyheath east bound site, then you got more chance of a parking ticket if you was under 90.
however if you was london bound at danson then yoiu will get a ticket, that one always works.
if you saw no flash then your only problem is to question why you were going so slow in the first place.
Instant ban if found guilty…???

The cameras down the A2 appear to all be the flash type at the moment. They are replacing one heading south, the last one before the M25, not sure if this is going to be one of those new ones (the last one got blown up).
If caught, 78 in a 50 is not a ban in its own right. You may well have to attend court for that though. You may get more than 3 points, as they may see it as dangerous riding.
my best pal just recently got done for 66 in a thirty coming out of the tunnel on lower thames street result 6 points an 275 pound fine
ive deen done for 92 in a sixty result six point an 250 pound fine so it doesn’t always follow on the thirty mile an hour over the limit equals instant ban or indeed less unless of course you get done with a few extra offence’s im sure the old style big yellow box has to flash twice to have got you

I can swallow anything except a ban!
I got done doing 98 in a 70, got £200 fine and 4 points 
I was done for 83 in a 30 and the courts and I agreed it would be best for me to pay them money to hold my licence Such is life 
. My view is that its in the past now so nothing much you can do about it. Go out and have some fun
