You could and try and calculate your speed if you really want, although it would be a rough estimate. Obviously you got flashed, but was it once or twice? once, there is no film in the camera, twice and bad luck i’m afraid.
The equation is: Speed = Distance ÷ Time
As you may know, each time the camera flashes, it takes a picture of your vehicle, there it takes two over the process of you going across the white markings. You need to find th time between the two flashes for time.
You need to find the distance of how far you traveled between the two flashes.
If all else failed, cross your fingers. They do allow 3/4 mph over the limit as speed gauges across all vehicles are not 100% accurate.

Greg,… watch yourself. they have Cameras/Gatso’s in TX now. Used to have em in Cali until some bigshot politician got caught by a forward facing camera, sent the ticket in the post (complete with photo) to his house… and guess what??? The “lady” in the car was not his wife, niece, aunt, etc… Put him in loads of trouble with the missus and he campaigned like hell to get them off the roads - and won!!! Something along the lines of right to privacy!!! :woot:
they seem to be camped around that area, they nearly caught me the day i picked up my bike at corner of euston rd and tottenham court rd
was just above the underpass on slip road and accelerating a bit, at about 35/36 (then i correct down after i have got going), traffic cop monitoring the underpass hears the exhaust and turns over to me on the slip road, he didnt get in his car and follow me so i must have slowed ok for him to let it go and i havent had a letter in the post (over two weeks ago now)

Photographing/video taping me every time I leave the sanctity of my own home is an intolerable invasion of privacy…tyranny of the worst sort. It’s time to get organized…to inform my elected representatives that this is unacceptable…to put a stop to it before it is allowed to spread any further.

20 mph is pleanty fast enough unless you`re in a built up area, then you should get off and push.
Don’t know if this is still true or out of date, but the bar marks on the road are the (human) visual check on what the camera thinks it saw.
So you hit the beam at, say 50, but do a stoppie on the bar marks, the human bit works only on the visual evidence of counting distance against the know time between the first and second photos to verify the photo evidence.
React fast enough and you get away with it.
These things once (?) also had to be verified by testing using a police vehicle with a speedometer calibrated that day. You have legal right of access to all that information. The who, when, where bit.
