hi guys…just an update on how im getting on…
well im feeling abit better…altho bruised,my knees are getting better as ive got knee supports thus,allowing me atleast to walk around today…and wipe my own arse!!!:w00t:
thanks again for the pm’s and visits and phome calls…mean alot to me no end i really think it speeds up recovery…altho…i havent taken a poo in days and abit concerned about it as im usally full of chhit…:doze:

minor set back last night tho,got up to close my window and i felt something click like when you crack your knuckles,right in the front of my chest area…buckled me…and have been feeling it all night…so going down to the hospital in a while,just to see if everything’s ok…
my knees are getting better…thank god…as it means im more mobile around the house…
