Most people haven’t and I agree their work is good but I’ve heard of several people that have had problems with the attitude of the owner but never with the staff.
He doesn’t suffer fools gladly if thats what you mean.

Thanks to puppy this thread was brought to my attention and i have explained the situation to Kwak9R.
I took over Road and Track Dyno early August and relocated the business and equipment to my existing workshop in Halton, Bucks. The changeover was very last minute and took us a couple of weeks to get up and running, we are now fully functional.
As puppy said we are already a busy bike workshop and race team, for a couple of weeks juggling 2 business diaries and just 2 of us to do it - things have now calmed down and back to normal. Gav - Road and Track Dyno/msg racing
