Don’t answer their phones for ages and then get an answer machine, forcing you call back again later.
Don’t have any courtesy bikes for clients when they knew well in advance that they were bringing in the bike and leaving it for repair.
Great customer service…not!
I tried to buy a bike from them but they didn’t really want to do a deal, it was take it or leave it at the price it was even though the bike had been sat in the showroom for ever and a day.
Whenever I pop in for a browse and wait to speak to someone they are all normally too busy to serve, I’ve stopped going in there now.
Got them to quote on a p/x last year and they offered me £800 less than 2 other dealers:w00t: (£3k where the others offered £3.8k)
I got slightly irritated with them as well. Went to try on a Dainese jacket and they only had in the D-Dry version which was £70 more. They said I could order the other one in (because they never stocked that version) but when I asked them about whether or not I could get a refund if it did not fit or if I did not like it on me, they said that was not possible because it would have been ordered in. That sounds really odd and tbh a bit illegal but the girls at the till were quite rude and non-interested so I decided not to go with it and then have an argument on my hands because I could not be bothered… I’d rather spend my money somewhere else…
Be glad you did serrisan, clothing is a bit of a law unto itself, and if you buy something and it don’t fit then you are stuck with it, at the discretion of the store, but have no legal right to a refund, unless it is faulty or not for purpose etc etc. If the only problem is it don’t fit, you’re stuck with it.
