Twice in succession they’ve sent incomplete orders out, by this I mean 3 instead of 4 bolts, granted when I’ve called them they’ve not quibbled and have rectified it.

But now the latest delivery I’ve had isn’t even my order!!!

You would think after getting two orders wrong, and my mentioning this to them on the phone, that they would go to extra lengths to ensure they got future orders right…?

Clearly not.

ive used them loads of time no issues and always got what ive ordered.
