Shame - 21st Moto

Lol…Everytime I ring this place and ask them for anything its…

“We don’t stock it but we can get it”

Guess what so can I. EBAY. Probaly quicker than you lot can get it…

COME ON GUYS WAKE UP…People want stuff there and then. We don’t wanna wait for it.

They are clearly just all about SELLING BIKES. There shop is poor. Hardly any clothing etc etc…DOBELS wipe the floor with them.

CHAMBERS HONDA in Maidstone were the same as this lot and they went under a couple of months ago. Rumour is LAGAUNAS are opening a Honda Flagship store in Aylesford start of the year. Should be a lot better…

Further to my shaming of them. I was asking for basic things such as a topbox, brake lever…

why would you want to put a topbox on your ducati? cough

stopped using them years ago.

They are ridiculous! I went for a job there, had 2 interviews…the reason they didnt give it to me… well I had a cbr600rr hm plant special, had it stolen, 2 weeks later a bloke offers me his 1700mile old R6 for 5k. Bit his hand off as that was a great deal. The guy giving interview said that even though i talked up hondas and fact i love them but then bought an R6, so he didnt give me the job! hahaha. Im still baffled by that! Who cares what I ride/own/drive/walk/bus…if im working for you, i will sell your products.

Kinda glad as it wasnt the direction I wanted…but it was a job…

Cor your a sharp one en ya! If you get back on the ball and read through my posts you will see I have just bought the better half a hornet. Hence the visit to 21st moto (Honda Dealer) now wind ya neck in ironside and roll on. Much love

lol i applyed for a aprentaship in inmoto in croydon and was told because i ride a suzuki ts50 and owned a yamaha dt125 i wasent motervated lol if i worked there id probly own a ktm by now its crazy =[

Fook em mate. Just remember that when they fall on hard times…Laugh in there faces haha

To be fair to them (and you won’t hear me say that too often about them) they do stock the items that are commonly needed (brake pads, batteries etc), can’t see why they’d stock items that only get asked for after an accident such as levers, especially if cashflow is tight which seems to be the case with alot of dealers. A top box is hardly an emergency item, do Dobles keep them in stock? I get the impression that alot of their work is based around insurance crash repairs and they charge storage for each day the bike is with them according to signs in the shop.
Having said that, I do my best to avoid using them. I actually think their parts dept is the best dept they have, which doesn’t say much for servicing and sales. Their servicing sucks big time, ridiculously expensive compared to other Honda dealers because they quote for work thast isn’t in the service manual but don’t tell you this unless you query why the quote is so high. They have always done this, even back when they started up as Whitehouse in Bexleyheath.

yeah i remember them down there. They got the nickname Shitehouse…Thats why they changed there name en it

 Forgot about that. I remember taking my first ‘big’ bike there, knew fook all about bikes and they ripped me off good and proper. 4k mile service and they stripped the brakes, changed the air filter and even washed it for me, which I was well impressed with until I read the invoice and saw they’d charged half hour for the wash.
£140 for a minor service, and that was 10 years ago:w00t: Got a quote from them a few months ago to service the CB1000R and they came in £80 - £100 more than the other 2 dealers I tried. When I questioned it I was told that they strip the brakes blah blah…if I wanted that done I’d ask for it as an extra, I don’t expect it to be hidden away in a quote.
They are nearly always busy though, being the only Honda dealer for miles I suppose they can afford to take the piss. I’d sooner travel to Kent Motorcycles than get ripped off by 21st Moto, they do Sunday servicing too:)
