Went to Santa Pod with some of the Gixerjunkie chaps on Sunday. Always a good laugh there, been plenty in cars but first time on a bike, bit harder than a car ;)My first run was 12.2s and 117 mph, first attempt at a fast start and worried about fliping the bike or doing a wheelie and loosing it sideways. gradually got better until I got a best of 11.6s at 126 mph :stuck_out_tongue: I was reasonably happy with that, I know where I can make a big improvement - my 60ft time was 2s or so and I need to get that down to 1.6 to 1.8 or so. Just need to get the clutch out faster :w00t: The bike should do 11.1s at 131mph according to tests.

Adam on a gsxr750 got an amazing 10.46s at 136 mph (from memory) which is incredible for a 750, another 750 was only a tenth behind him :cool:

The Busa in the picture was running in the 8’s with a terminal speed of 185 mph . . . with the help of a GT35 turbo, big enough for 550 bhp :cool:

Nice one mate! Did one of those last year, a lot more fun than I expected it to be!! I went along to a BMW day with my mate, and they let some bikes out on the track. Ended up getting the cat to a 12.4, it is a lot more difficult than it looks!

That busa looks mental…
