Can i just ask what kind of carbon you are using… some pics it looks like pre-preg braid and in others it looks like post preg. I would guess with the way you are heating and moulding it’s post preg and if it is i would be interested were you get it from and how expensive it is.
(I work in orthotics (I prescribe and design braces for mobility/sport) and i’m currently trialling some post preg carbon at the moment. Our stuff needs to be baked under vaccume to achieve a nice appearance. Would be good to hear your experience!)
