Well, got the renewal quote last week. Spotted that they say I have an alarum and I do not. Phoned today to have that taken off the quote and it stayed the same! Renewal is only £3 more than cheapest I’ve found online and has free legal cover added, so works out £30 cheaper after all. This is how they should do business if they want to keep customers. Very pleased with the excellent service and glad I’m insured again for another year at an affordable sum.

BTW, I’ve checked against my costs from last year, £35 less this year. Rather pleased. An ALarum is a noise device, usually found in Devonshire way with the Coopatae people.
