Hey, I want to get a Rear Stand for my 2009 Ninja 250r but I’m completely confused…

Then there seem to be Kawasaki specific different sized bobbin bolts that are either long or offset:

And then either rear cup or hook or “universal” or MotoGP and god knows what other types of Rear Stands.
What exactly do I need for just your basic, cheap Rear Stand for general chain maintenance, etc that will fit the 2009 Ninja 250r?
Trying to google Ninja 250R stand, I find a bunch of products that are either discontinued or not available in the UK and a bunch of horror stories about bikes being dropped and spools coming off or the bike being too narrow for some stands,. Also some report the spool size is 10mm, others say no, 10mm doesn’t fit, it’s actually 8mm, etc.
Please advise 
EDIT: At the moment leaning towards the Motrax Aluminium Rear Paddock Stand and Bike It Bobbin Spools - 10mm Black – but not entirely sure if that will fit the bike and what the Kawasaki bobbins and hooks are about
