I found a strange problem with me rear brake. It seems to fine but sometimes its behave like there is air in the system not fluid. How can help me with bleeding it, replacing rake fluid?
I need help with this because I have never done it before.

its easy to do all u need is a tube to fit over the nipple and a 10 mm spanner.get someone to push and hold the pedel down .when held down open the nipple and let the fluid out then close the nipple and take foot off pedal.if air comes out with the fluid do it again if none comes out its not air.it could be new pads not bedded in yet.
Steve, I replace brake pads a few weeks ago and there was no problem with them since last week. Warblade has some handy tools so maybe I need to ride to him and try to bleed the system, but we both never done it before
Wherebouts are you m8?
You prob got the air in there when ya changed the pads, new pads bigger than old pads so did you squeeze pistons to get new pads in?
Just keep pumping a bit and this should get the air to the bottom then open bleed nipple with tube on and squeeze lever, not too fast though, keep squeezed and tighten nipple, repeat if necesary.
I replaced my pads and hoses last weekend and had the same problem but with no more air coming out when I bled them. Left the bike for a few days and bled them again and out came a bubble - problem solved
Problem sorted, thanx Gsxr rocker
Pleased to help m8.
As said b4 in shanes coil thread, its wot its all about.
John
Glad its sorted.
A useful tip for the future is to leave it overnight with pressure on the brake (cable tie the front lever pulled back or tie the rear down to an anchor point)
This encourages the minute air bubbles to be pushed towards the caliper and bleed nipple.
