R6 starting problem

so my bikes starts fine cold and runs perfect through out my journey, however if I say stop to pick something up from the house or get petrol its a pig to start again, and sometimes just wont go, it just floods…

Anybody seen or heard about this, possibly got ideas on a fix?

kwaks do it coz of hot airbox fumes or summat but other than that no idea.

for anybody with the same problem now or future, turns out the engines used in the 2000 model R6 are prone to cracking in the No.1 cylinder…

Its not my bike but this is probably the issue

Time for a compression test.

going to do a compression test, plus a oil and coolant check to see if its contaminated…it was just sat in a puddle of clean coolant so it may be a leak from the carbs I think…
