Question Indipendent CBT instructor ! anyone know of one? ? ? ilford/ romford

The wife wants to do her cbt and she is a little nervous with group riding so looking for advise regarding the above

Any independents will charge for the service (if there are any).
The instructor knows all CBT’ers are nervous with any riding at all and will be sympathetic to the fact.

IMHO she should just do the normal route for CBT so she can also take mental notes, chat to the others and also gain confidence from the others (there is always one worse and one better than you are  ) and she will see that everyone is the same but different

The main test might require some extra work/bike time (if she is going down that route)

I can highly recommend RAKtrain in Harlow Essex …

It is group trainning however when Art junior did his CBT with them he had an off, nothing serious just limped around with a bruised and swollen knee for a week. Anyway, as a result he was a little nervous on the bike and they gave him an extra 10 hours training over the course of 4 days so he could regain his confidence, half of the extra training was one on one!

And the cost was reasonable, one day CBT £99.00 (6 hours, no road ride), 10 hours extra private road training free, half day training and CBT road ride £40.00.

To see if there is a participating school in your area.

You can get a free trial without signing up for anything. If she has already been for a 1/2 day and enjoyed it, perhaps she’ll feel ok about joining a small group.

Thanks peeps your help very much appreciated!
Cheers Steve

As a point of interest, how old is your wife and do you have pictures you could share?
