Based on a post in one of the other forums here, I ordered a Y anchor to try and help keep my bike for longer.
The design is inspired. Despite the large surface that is presented here isn’t a single attack point to go through. You have to cut a long length of relatively thick steel and concrete. As of now, the chain and lock are the only points to attack. Or the frame.
Despite the postal strike, I still got it in good time, and when I followed it up with Mark, he was very helpful and responsive.
Having said this, I did find myself debating on whether or not to install it. There was a great temptation to just keep it next to the door and beat the next thieving scrote to death with it - this is a big, heavy chunk of steel and would make a good weapon.
