I had to book the bike in in a hurry as the front headlight had stopped working and I needed it for that night. Stephen in the service department was brilliant, took the bike in at 1300, called me half an hour before he said he would and charged me minimum labour.
Also he was more than happy to chat with me for a good 10 minutes about a couple of other things I might need doing.
