I needed some new waterproof boots as mine finally had it, god rest their soles!
Ordered a set of Gore-Tex alpine stars which were on a big discount. Email following day saying there was a stock error and they did not actually have my size. The replacement they suggested was not my style, so opted to go for the new version of what I’d ordered. I was expecting to have to pay more but hoped they would give me a discount so a nice meet in the middle which I would have been happy with, but no, just get an email saying they are in the post to you now!
I’ve used infinity for years, but with customer service like that, why would you not..
So infinity, 5 stars from me.
