Wasnt for a bike, it was for a Mk1 golf I’ve had in a mates garage for 5 years.
Had to get it shifted, so called Dave up at http://dandjsalvageandrecovery.co.uk and it was straight forward from there on.
No sucking of teeth, no quibbling about stuff and the price was good.
Hes also a biker so good for a chat too.
Anyone want a Mk1 golf driver in red let me know.
It would be a project but before it when into hibernation it already had new supsension all round on eibach springs, recon engine from volkspares with a mild road kent cam and weber carb, also has black diamond front discs and mk1 gti front calipers.
Needs recomissioning and the petrol tank cleaned out (already has new filler neck)
