Went in this morning. My front brake was squeaking and felt quite jerky. Had new brakes from them 600 miles and a month ago so thought would go in and check.
They stripped the brakes down, cleaned them, had the bike up on the rack for 60 minutes and came back, explained it was dirt in the caliper mixed with pads still bedding in and they had fixed. No charge and they dropped everything and did my bike while I was waiting so I didn’t need to come back later.
