Not strictly London I know, but close enough to maybe be relevant. When I bought my VTEC from Belle Vue at the beginning of September it came with a 3-month/3,000 mile warranty. Last week it broke down a couple of times with a flat battery, so I got it back to them and they diagnosed a failed regulator/rectifier. Because I do 16-1700 miles a month I’ve actually done a bit over the 3,000 miles and the bike is strictly speaking out of that warranty, but they bent the rules and fixed it without charge anyway.
