Anyone else addected? Happened before xmas as well, costs millions in lost business!
apparently not, are you sure you did not just turn the lights off? 
Addected? Not sure?, effected, yes & my workplace is right by old street roundabout (St.Agnes wells for the pedants). we have had power outages for the last 3 nights,setting our massive back up generator off for 2 minutes at a time, thus annoying the residents that back onto our building. Edf are working on it just where East road meets city road.
