OK, I do Bikram Yoga and I love it. For a while now I’ve wanted to do a 30-day Challenge: you do 30 sessions in 30 days, but there’s no point in me doing it just for myself. So….

Being a carer, regardless of your age, is a bloody hard thing to do; so all money will go towards helping someone who is helping someone.

I’m doing it in October because that’s when I know I don’t have any prior engagements, and it will be a welcome relief from the cold weather. It seems like a long way away, but in reality I could only get in between 26-36 sessions before October when I will do 30 in a row (and probably change my name by deed poll to Sweaty Betty).
Any amount would help.
PS - Bikram Yoga is the one where you do 26 postures in a room cranked up to 40 deg C / 105 deg F for 90 minutes.
