Pizza Topping

I had a great chat a couple of weeks ago with the lead singer of Hue & Cry. I asked him what his favourite Pizza Topping was - he came back with the rocket and grana padano “oooh ark at im”.

So guys and gals, what’s yours?

Currently - Dominos Mexican with black olives and mushroom

Had a lovely one in Modena last summer on the advice of a “local”

Black olives, anchovies and capers… Scrum-diddly-umptious;)

dominos- thin crust, pepperoni, pineapple and roast chickun!!

As you do… :hehe:

I’m a chili person. I love jalapenos and peppers. I always, always regret it - but it’s so tasty!

That and pineapple. Takes the edge off the chili, y’see.

I agree - Jalapeno and Pineapple has been one of my favourites for nearly two decades.

My Reecey think chocolate and marshmellows would be great on pizza , I’ve yet to try it.

Main Course: Thin crust, pepperoni & fresh green chillies

Desert: Tuna & pineapple (gotta have pineapple on the Desert Pizza :D)

Mmmmmm… pizza… is there anything it can’t do???

Apart from ride a bike?

OK: Mmm… pizza… is there anything it can’t do, except ride a bike???

Knitting. Pizza can’t knit.

Right: pizza… is there anything it can’t do, except ride a bike and knit???

The Bolero. It can’t dance to The Bolero.

Would y’all excuse me?

The voices are being argumentative today and one of them needs a good kicking…

I too am a chilli pizza person, Dominos do a very hot and spicy one with loads of chilli’s and i alwasys ask for more chilli’s.

stuffed crust bbq chicken huuummmm

Depends where I am at the time of choosing the pizza, if I’m in Italy then its Anchovies/Capers.If I’m in the UK then it doesn’t matter as the mozzarella di bufala that you get here doesn’t taste the same and wood brick ovens are few and far between, so I can indulge the unorthodox variations like Tuna and Sweetcorn with a cheese stuffed crust.

In Italy you can also get a slice of cold cheese and tomato pizza cut in a large rectangle slice “Pizza al Taglio” which is also very nice in its own way, tastes better than it sounds.

Pizza GoGo’s American Hot…

The one sold in Ancona hotel…opposite the railway station…who allowed us to park bikes in the reception overnight…Magic;)

Home-made - thin base, red onions, black olives, fresh home-grown sage, topped with mozarella.
