i wanna use one of my old 3 mobile phone but it needs to be unlocked to any network…anyone know anything about this?.its a nokia phone and

Which Nokia mate? There’s a lot of them! 
Just do a Google search starting with something pretty obvious like “Nokia phone unlocking”. That will throw up a few sites and you just search for your precise model.
The usual stuff is to punt in a very long code followed by a couple of simple entries from the phones directory. Decent sites will be very clear.
Or come to Woolwich and there is an Albanian who’ll do it for you for £10.
The fee’s o.k., but coming to Woolwich is a high price to pay.

its an n73 on 3…i need to get it unlocked so i can use it on tmobile but i cant find anything other than trawling threw thousands of threads…ive already gone through an hour of sh1t…so…i guess i’ll just have to keep searching as i cant even afford to let the pikey down the market sort it out…

I just unlocked mine was with Virgin and got another service provider simm so rang virgin to unlock it - cost £15.
Go to any dodgy phone shop, there’s a few on Oxford St. they do it for a tenner
guy in eltham will do it mate just up from argos or ealing arcada place 5iver any phone got mine done sunday:) my last phone was a nokia my brother done that on the lap top he is a boddings at that stuff…
Try phoning the operator who it is locked to and ask them.
They should email you instructions on how to do it and the unlock code.
I believe then can charge for it.
I have unlocked 3 old Blackberries recently from Vodafone at no charge.
If you are still with that operator threaten to leave them if they want to charge you.
