How is it that after 3 years penalty points on your licence do not count anymore, yet cannot be removed until 4 years and still count to insurers?
Is it yet another loop hole to allow insurance companys to charge more?

Why is it a scam?
This is a question I kept asking the insurers and of course the only answer they could give was that is was their policy!! They also said it was for information purposes only and that the insurance amount was not affected by it - So how can they prove it? They dont have to and they wont do so, Ive tried.
Answer your own question, run a comparethemarket or gocompare with, then without the penalty.
