Parking in SW1

I never went to central London since they start to charge for parking.
Unfortunately I have to go today (or tomorrow). So I was looking where the parking bays are located (I need to go to SW1) from www.westminster.gov.uk.

In the link below says its free in SW1. Is it true? or they did not update the website?

at a guess love i would say that is out of date

i too have got to start parking in sw1 but am putting it off and prob use the bicycle, aaarrggghh

Where abouts do you have to go?

We work just on the edge of Westminster, so know most of the free bays on the East side

To be honest, for one day I would just stump the £1.50 and be done with it.
